CONSULTATION
Before we do any services I want you to feel 100% comfortable and confident so this is where we answer all of your questions so we are on the same page.
2.
MAPPING
We will discuss your bone structure, check out your dream brow photos and map out your best brows for your face and you will be able to fine tune it to perfection.
3.
Colour & Ink
Next we will blend and create the perfect colour, get you numbed up and lay down the ink. Don't worry you should feel little to NO PAIN during the entire service.
4.
Perfecting Session
After about 6 weeks from your 1st session you will be fully healed and can come back in if you see anything that needs perfecting or added.

FAQ
What will I look like immediately after?
Some people but very few may experience some redness and swelling but will reduce within a few hours. The area that has been treated will appear bold and vibrant during the healing phase approximately 7-10 days then lighten and soften. Once the healing phase is complete we will observe how the pigment colour has healed with your skin tone. Any adjustments to colour or shape will be altered in the touch
up session 6 - 12 weeks later..
How long will my brows last?
Generally between two and three years then a refresh will be needed to keep the colour and shape to be vibrant again. There are certain lifestyle factors that will effect the lifespan of your treatment. Exposure to sunlight, chlorine, salt and smoking may fade pigment colour faster. laser treatment and chemical peels should be avoided on the treated area and applying sunscreen will help to prolong the lifespan.
Can I have cosmetic tattooing performed while I'm Pregnant/Breastfeeding?
No. Unfortunately we cannot tattoo while you are pregnant or breastfeeding. We want you and your baby to be as healthy as possible so its best to wait.
Will I need a touch up?
Yes. Cosmetic tattooing is a two step process and to achieve optimal results a touch up is a must within 6 -10 weeks after your first appointment.
Does Cosmetic Tattooing hurt?
A topical anaesthetic cream is applied to numb the area during the procedure. It is essential to recognise that pain threshold levels vary from person to person and our clients comfort throughout the entirety of the procedure is of utmost importance. Personal circumstances such as the timing of a menstrual cycle may increase discomfort throughout the procedure, and the topical anaesthetic may lose its intensity for regular smokers. If you have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, be conscious that this may affect your sensitivity tolerance to the procedure.
Can you cover my pre-existing Cosmetic Tattooing?
In most cases yes but it is best to contact us first as not all can be covered.
What if I'm running late to my appointment?
If you are running more than 15 Minutes late your appointment will have to be rescheduled.
Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
No. Cosmetic tattooist need full concentration while performing your procedure so we ask that you please come alone to your appointment.
Can you do my touch up for me if I've had my initial appointment done elsewhere?
Unfortunately not, you will be charged full price if you had your initial appointment elsewhere.

A little bit about myself
I’m Brooke the owner of Brooklyn Brow Aesthetics. I’m a Cosmetic Tattoo Artist and Dermal Therapist from Brisbane. I have worked in the hair and beauty industry since 2008. In this time I have worked alongside some amazing mentors and gained a variety of skills, experience and qualifications.
I specialise in cosmetic tattooing and have just under a decade worth of experience and knowledge in this treatment. I maintain a very high standard for all of my treatments and procedures. I’m constantly undergoing further education to up-skill and further my knowledge and skills. Beauty is my absolute passion and I take a lot of pride in my work. I strive to help every client gain confidence and make sure their needs and expectations are accomplished so you leave feeling your best, so trust me when I say you’re in the best hands.
